‘222’ is a retrospective painting about the things surrounding me in my life. All the little extra-ordinary things that make my life sweet. The tattoos I’ve given myself, the albums I’ve loved, the fruit that was my favourite when I was a little girl. All of these things, although kind of silly or plain on the surface, are the things that feel so important to being alive.
