Peach World

peach world exhibition, echo & bounce, brisbane - may 2026

‘Our exhibition Peach World brings us back together to Meanjin, to reflect on place, memory, and our shifting meaning of the word ‘home’. The distance felt since Lina moved away has reshaped our sense of connection ~ reframing it through longing, connection & return. Our work for this show reflects on absence and presence, reflecting on how memory softens and distorts, how spaces once inhabited become charged with new significance and how affection deepens across distance. This exhibition marks our first exhibition together for a long while ~ this place, although no longer quite the same, still holds the memory of what once was and what still is.’

This exhibition was so beautiful and I feel so blessed to have a collaborator like my friend Alice. Alice is not only a great friend but a true Brisbane angel and I am honoured to have done work with her :).
